It has six accommodation units, four of them in the front of the building, on the side of the main street and the main road which can accommodate max 3 persons and two on the backside of the building where the yard is which can accommodate max 4 persons.
The windows and doors are made of special glass, which is highly soundproof.
Accommodation units are loft (maisonette) type and consist of two levels (lower level 19-21m2 and upper 9m2). Each of them has a double bed on the upper level and a single bed or corner sofa in the lower, so they can host three or four people.
